Raymond Tsao - Founder & CEO

Before founding Covendis, in July 1999, Raymond was the Chief Operating Officer of Analytika. At the time, Analytika was a fast-growing, venture-backed software company in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. It developed, marketed, and implemented software for customer relationship management and data mining. Its client base included leading companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Abbott Laboratories. Under Raymond’s leadership, Analytika’s revenues grew from $300,000 to $3.5 million within two years. Dendrite International (NASDAQ: DRTE), acquired Analytika in 1999. Prior to joining Analytika, Raymond worked for leading management consultancy Booz & Co. Candice Bedolla - Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Candice is responsible for executing the Company’s strategy and implementing and delivering its services and products, including Managed Services Programs (MSP) and Vendor Management Solutions (VMS) to clients. 

Candice brings over 16 years of talent acquisition, vendor management and contingent workforce services to Covendis.  Most recently, Candice was engaged by several Fortune 500 companies to design, implement and manage MSP and VMS programs across multiple industries, including one of the largest Oil & Gas programs globally.  
Candice began her career with a global staffing company and quickly worked her way up through the organization, ultimately managing the company's largest on-site programs. From there, Candice joined one of the largest VMS organizations to manage the MSP operations and technology expansions for the company’s largest customers.   
Candice's wealth of industry experience on both the supplier and buyer side make her one of the industry's most well-rounded leaders to strategically design & run best-in-class Contingent Workforce & Services Procurement Programs.

Melanie Paolucci - Director of Program Management

As Director of Program Management, Melanie is responsible for the day-to-day operations and success of Covendis’ government accounts and program management staff.  

Prior to Covendis, Melanie was Director of Candidate Services for New York City. Her department guided hundreds of elected office candidates through complex campaign finance laws.  

Melanie began her career in event management.  After receiving her Master’s degree, she joined the Development team of a non-profit organization.  She continued to work in non-profit organizations and event management while also spending her time on political and social issue campaigns. 

Melanie’s experience in the public and private sector gives her a unique perspective, enabling Covendis and its partners to deliver a high level of service to Covendis’ clients.  Melanie received an MPA and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern Mississippi. 

Charles “Chuck” Edelberg - Chief Architect

As Covendis’ Chief Architect for over 13 years, Chuck is responsible for building and managing the Covendis technology system and infrastructure.  A seasoned IT professional, Chuck has 36 years of Technology and Development experience. Chuck also manages and mentors the Company’s software development and QA teams. 
Chuck previously worked for Global Information Technology Group, Inc. responsible for IT, project management and a consulting practice that provided quality computer based solutions to small and medium size businesses. Chuck received his Bachelor of Science degree from Tulane University.

Helen Wu - Business Operations Manager

As Business Operations Manager, Helen is responsible for business and financial analysis, office and human resource management, strategic planning, and ensuring that staff possess and demonstrate our core values, and are focused on the Company’s mission and vision.  Helen received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University.  Contact
